Chicken for my honey!

Simply mix 20 ml olive oil, 20 ml honey and 20 ml dotSPiCE for CHiCKeN with 1/3 cup boiling water. Brush drumstricks. Cover with foil and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Bake covered with foil in a preheated oven (150 C or Gas Mark 2) for 2 hours.

Remove foil and grill for 5 minutes until golden. Serve with vegetable bake.

(Any leftovers - pack them in for lunch the next day, tasty when served cold. Great for a picnic, too)
