Mustard Chicken Salad
Mix 70 ml of dotSPiCe Mustard Chicken Marinade mix with
60 ml olive oil,
40 ml white vinegar
and 40 ml hot water.
Marinade chicken thigh chunks for 1 hour and then bake in a casserole dish in the oven for an hour on 180.
Serve warm or cold with salad.
