Roasted Capsicum and Nut Dip
Roast three peppers drizzled with olive oil in the oven for 30 min.
Combine peppers, 100 ml parmesan, 5 ml dotSPiCe for GaRLiC LoVeRS, 15 ml olive and a handful of Raw Mixed Nuts and blend.
