SPAG BOL

Simply heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry a chopped onion. Add 1 kg of beef mince, 20 ml dotSPiCE for MiNCe and fry. Add 250 ml tomato paste and 20 ml of dotSPiCE for ToMaToeS and fry some more.

Add 1/3 cup of water and 250 grams of sliced mushrooms. Don't forget to prepare some gluten free spaghetti or pasta of you choice on the side.

Cover pan with lid and simmer until heated through. Serve on spaghetti and top with grated cheese.

When cooking for the kids: leave out the onion and mushrooms, or pulse in a food processor prior to cooking. They just don't like the bits!
