Simply sprinkle a punnet of tomatoes with dotSPiCe for tOMaToeS, add 60 ml olive oil and 10 ml balsamic vinegar. Fry for 2 min in a hot pan. Let it cool down and serve on a bed of lettuce with avocado, feta and olives.
