Mix 30 ml of this finely ground dried herbs and spice blend with a 200 ml red wine, 30 ml balsamic vinegar. Marinade for 8 hours then bake for 4 hrs on 180 degrees.

Just beautiful!! Tried it, loved it! Had to order more for us and also for friends and family. It made the best leg of lamb we ever had
